PURPOSE:To change the facing of a china board into a mirror surface, to improve the image of ceramics, which cannot be expressed by glaze, largely, to reduce the cost of a raw material and to enhance design properties by conducting extrusion molding under the state, in which the clay of different blanks is laminated simultaneous ly in a layer shape, from a plurality of extruders and continuously performing drying, cutting, baking, and polishing. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion molding machine 1 connects extruders 2, 3 to the same mouthpiece 4, simultaneously extrudes clay A, B of a different kind, and forms a molding band C. A microwave heating machine or a far infrared heating machine is used as a drier 9, and the molding band C is dried without deformation by surface evaporation by a convection and internal diffusion by hot-water exhaust from intake and exhaust pipes 6. The molding band C is cut by a traveling cutter 10, and fed to a facing working section 12 as s dried board D. An irregular pattern alpha is dug into the dried board D in the facing working section 12, thus manufacturing a worked board E. The worked board E is supplied to a baking furnace 14, and forwarded as a baked board F through preheating baking annealing. The baked board F is fed to a grinder 22, a facing beta is polished by a polishing machine 24 and polished up and forwarded as a china board G. |
