PURPOSE:To obtain the bed allowed to ascend and descend by operating a handy switch by the person himself by installing an ascending/descending device to the front end and the rear end of the upper part in a frame body, suspending the front end and the rear end of a floor part, and positioning a middle stage level of the floor part to a prescribed reference position, so that the vertical movement and the stop can be executed. CONSTITUTION:A floor part 1 of the bed stops in a middle stage level in a frame body A, and for instance, when a vertical switch of a control panel 31 is laid down to the lower part, a motor 28 is turned on and rotated forward, wires 30, 30' rolled into transmission drums 29, 29' loosen and stretch, the floor part 1 slides along the front and the rear vertical columns 25, 25' and 26, 26' and reaches the floor surface of the lowest level, and the switch is turned off. When a user enters into the floor part 1 and goes to bed, and a vertical reset switch is depressed, the motor 28 is turned on and rotates backward, the floor part 1 ascends, and when it reaches a position (middle stage level) of prescribed height, the motor 28 is turned off, the floor part 1 stops in its position. In this regard, in the case of stopping it in the upper stage level, when the vertical switch is laid down to the upper part, the wire is rolled in and when it reaches the upper stage level, the floor part 1 stops. |
