<p>PURPOSE:To regulate a recording sheet along the width and prevent its deflection in using a second passage by providing a common passage for a first and the second passages between a middle stack part and an image forming part, and providing a width regulating means for the recording sheet in the common passage. CONSTITUTION:A width regulating plate 14 is provided along a stack plate 13 to slide along the width corresponding to the size of a stacked recording sheet K, so the positions of its both edges are regulated along reference lines to compensate supply deflection when the sheet runs. Under the width regulating plate 14, a width regulating plate 15 (width regulating means) along a common passage P3 is provided integrally, so the width can be regulated for the recording sheet K resupplied from a second passage P2 without passing a stack part S using the same drive mechanism. Deflection in a transfer attitude when the recording sheet K is resupplied through the second passage P2 which is not equipped with the stack part S can thus be prevented.</p> |
