PURPOSE:To thin an optical disk element by combining plural thin planar members where a twisting part and a bending part are positioned on a plane including the rotational center of a movable part. CONSTITUTION:A supporting spring 2 is constituted of positioning the twisting parts 2A and bending parts 2B on the plane including the rotational center K and external force to respective parts can be simultaneously applied. Thereby, twisting deformation caused by couple of forces occurs on the twisting parts 2A of the spring 2 and bending deformation regarding the twisting parts 2A as action points occurs in the bending parts B based upon the twisting deformation. When the couple of forces occurs in the bending part 2B, the twisting part 2A acts as a twisting spring and the bending part 2B acts as a bending spring, so that the movable part can be obliquely rotated by generating twisting deformation in the twisting part 2A. Consequently, the device can be thinned. |
