PURPOSE:To move an elastic inside mold and a pipe integrally, remove the same from a rubber mold, and remove the pipe easily and quickly from the rubber mold by supplying pressure fluid into the hermetic space formed between one end closed part of the rubber mold and the elastic inside mold. CONSTITUTION:A contracted elastic inside mold 26 is located on the spigot side of a pipe 19, and a hermetic sealing cap 21 is fitted under pressure to the outer end of an end face jig 9. In this sate, pressure air is supplied into the mold 23 through a pressure supply hose 33, thereby bulging a rubber ring 29 and allowing the labyrinth surface 29a thereof to contact the inside surface on the spigot side by pressure. Thereby, a hermetic space 37 is formed between the cap 21 and the mold 26, and pressure air is supplied through a pressure supply pipe 35. Extruding force is acted upon the pipe 19 via the inside mold 26 by the pressure of this space 37, and a wire 30 is loosened by acting a winding and extending means 32, whereby the pipe 19 is removed from the rubber mold 4. |
