PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a good container fitted with a nozzle by using one of upper and lower molds as an anode and using the other one of them as a cathode in a container welding stage to apply high frequency voltage to both molds and using a rod-shaped core mold as an anode and using the upper and lower molds as cathodes in a nozzle welding stage to apply high frequency voltage to all of them. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets 20, 20 are held between upper and lower molds 3, 4 in an internal hollow state and a nozzle 22 is interposed between the sheets 20, 20 at the groove parts of the upper and lower molds 3, 4 and a rod-shaped core mold 5 is inserted in the nozzle 22 to set a melting start state. At this time, the upper mold 3 is used as an anode and the lower mold 4 and the rod-shaped core mold 5 are used as cathodes in a container welding stage while the rod-shaped core mold 5 is used as an anode and the upper and lower molds 3, 4 are used as cathodes in a nozzle welding stage and the change-over of electrodes in the container welding stage and the nozzle welding stage is performed by a control apparatus 6. By this method, the sheet grasping part A is melted in the container welding stage and the nozzle welding part B where the peripheral edge part of a nozzle 22 and the sheets 20 are in a contact state is welded in the nozzle welding stage to prepare a desired container 2 fitted with a nozzle. |
