PURPOSE:To obviate the readjustment and to improve the working efficiency by exchanging a contactor and performing a fine adjustment at the rearrangement time of a machine kind change, etc. CONSTITUTION:A 1st arm 21 equipped with an upper contactor 26 and 2nd arm 23 equipped with a lower contactor 27 are provided and also made freely rockable around the same rocking fulcrum 24. The position of this rocking fulcrum 24 is taken where the distance to the upper contactor 26 and that to the lower contactor 27 become the same. The rocking quantities of the upper contactor 26 and lower contactor 27 rocking around this rocking fulcrum 24, namely the horizontal and vertical movement quantities are made constant at all times and the distance from the rotation center is made constant even in case of the diameter of a work being changed. |
