PURPOSE:To move a person who is lying on a bed by one nurse without using a power source such as electric power, etc. by installing a hook in one end of a horizontal column, installing a balance weight in the vicinity of the other end, and providing a means for allowing the hook to ascend and descend on the horizontal column. CONSTITUTION:A patient is on bedding on a mat, a coupling gear 10 and 13 are engaged, and an inclination of a horizontal column 4 is adjusted in advance to height in which a hook 30 can be coupled to the patient. A position on a balance screw 35 of a weight balance weight 36 becomes a position balanced to weight of the patient. A nurse couples the hook 30 to the patient, turns a worm handle 27 and suspends the patient, and thereafter, detaches the coupling gear 10 and 13 by moving a clutch handle 19. Since the weight of the person and the weight balance weight are balanced, an inclination of the horizontal column can be changed easily with a hand. In such a state, the device is moved to a bathtub and the horizontal column is inclined, the patient is brought into contact with hot water of the bathtub, and by coupling the coupling gear 10 and 13 and turning the worm handle, the horizontal column is inslinced enough and the patient and the hook 30 are detached. After taking a bath, the patient is returned to the bedding by the same operation. |
