<p>PURPOSE:To perform a maintenance work in accordance with a plan, by planning the maintenance plan of a production equipment with the maintenance work times of each maintenance work executing day being calculated based on the maintenance work necessary times of each manufacture device and transmitting them to maintenance workers via a display mean. CONSTITUTION:The maintenance work input times and the maintenance work times of each maintenance work executing day are compared by an arithmetic part 2, after reading the maintenance work input times to be spendable for the maintenance work executing days in a preregistered maintenance plan from a memory part 3 to the arithmetic part 2, and it is decided whether or not the maintenance work times exceed the maintenance work input times. At this time, then, the maintenance plan over the specified term inside the production equipment consisting of the maintenance work executing days is decided as the final one in the case of the necessary maintenance work times in each maintenance work executing day not exceeding the maintenance work input times and is transmitted to the maintenance workers via a display part 4, etc. The maintenance work can thus be executed in accordance with the plan.</p> |
