<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently assemble a suspension by installing a mount block on the upper edge part of a piston rod protruded upward from the upper surface of a spring upper seat and releasing pressure of the spring upper seat after a nut is screwed. CONSTITUTION:In the state where a piston rod 31 is contracted, a bump stopper 34 and coil spring upper seat 21 are set on a damper main body 7. Next, a coil spring 10 is contracted by pressurizing the spring upper seat 21 downward, so that the head edge part of the piston rod 31 is projected upward from the upper surface of the spring upper seat 21. A mount bracket 36 is fitted on the head edge part of this projected piston rod 31, and after a nut is screwed 37, pressure of the spring upper seat 21 is released.</p> |
