<p>PURPOSE:To simplify classification of empty cans to be served for recycling or the like by housing an empty can into a case body with an opening/closing means having an inlet port open only when a detecting means detects that the empty can put in is a metallic object. CONSTITUTION:When an empty can X is put into an inlet port 2, it is detected by an empty can sensor 7 of a detecting means 3 and also it is sensed as to whether it is a metallic object by a metal detection sensor 8. When the empty can X is a metallic object, an opening/closing means 4 opens the inlet port 2, and the empty can X is guided between guide plates 25, 25 of a guide means 14 to be dropped on a magnet conveyer 13 When the empty can X is made of an iron material, it is attracted and held by the conveyer 13, transferred toward a tail part 22 on an upper side, and rotated to be returned toward a head part 21 on a lower side of the conveyer 13. The empty can X is engaged with a protrusion 27 of a dropping means 17 in the middle of a returning way to be separate from the conveyer 13 and drops into a second empty can container 16.</p> |
