PURPOSE:To obtain a bait for fishing, having properties such as elasticity, strength, feeling of sliminess on the surface, leakage of contents in the interior much like those of raw bait, by forming a complex structure from a skin layer of hydrous polymer gel and a core layer of hydrous polymer gel having different strength. CONSTITUTION:A hydrous polymer gel such as alginate or carrageenan digestible for fishes and having higher strength is used as a skin layer, a hydrous polymer gel or sol having lower strength than the hydrous polymer gel of the skin layer as a core layer and both the gels are formed into a complex structure of arbitrary shape by extrusion method or casting method. |
