PURPOSE:To perform inspection maintenance easily and efficiently by providing a means which holds a maintenance program for supporting the maintenance operation of constitutent components. CONSTITUTION:An external ROM memory 106 such as an IC card is connected to the control part 100 of this device. Then the contents of a copy cycle stored in a nonvolatile memory 104 are displayed on a liquid crystal display part on a console panel 111. Then respective copy cycles of components and consumables to be replaced in current maintenance operation are compared with reference values in memory 106 and components and consumables which exceed their reference values are listed up and displayed. Then a message which indicates the maintenance procedure of those components and consumables is read out of the memory 106 and displayed. Then the replacement of the components and consumables, position adjustment, cleaning, etc., are carried out according to the message on the display part. |
