PURPOSE:To improve the operating efficiency, and to enhance the safety by accurately positioning and setting a resin molded form to a trimming press by utilizing a positioning recessed section molded by a molding press on trimming cutting. CONSTITUTION:A resin sheet composed of a base material 1 supported by a chain conveyor 21 and a skin 7 is molded in a specified shape by a molding press 26. A positioning recessed section 36 is formed at the outer-circumferential corner section of a resin molded form 36. The resin molded form 36 cooled by a cooling station is pushed up by the bottom force 44 of a trimming press 2, and released from the chain conveyor 21. When the resin molded form 36 is pushed up, the projection 44 of the bottom force 44 is inserted into the positioning recessed section 36 of the resin molded form 36, and regulated elastically by a guide member 50, and the resin molded form 36 is positioned at a normal location. The resin molded form 36 is trimming-cut by a trimming blade 47, and parted into a product 46 and an outer circumferential scrap 45. |
