PURPOSE:To confirm the irradiation point of laser light through a camera at all times by providing a mirror which reflects reflected light at the irradiation point toward the camera at the intersection of the optical axis of a laser light irradiation device and the optical axis of the camera, and forming a through hole for the laser light in the mirror. CONSTITUTION:The optical axis A of the camera 2 and the optical axis B of the laser light irradiation device 3 cross each other at right angles, the mirror 4 is provided slantingly at the intersection, and the through hole 5 where the laser light passes is bored in the center pat of the mirror 4. The laser light emitted by the irradiation device 3 passes through the through hole 5 of the mirror 4 and is reflected by a mirror 6 to irradiate solder 14. The laser light reflected at the irradiation point 15 is made incident on a measuring element 10, and its height is measured. The laser light reflected at the irradiation point 15 is reflected by the mirrors 6 and 4 and made incident on the camera 2, so this irradiation point 15 is observed through the camera 2 and confirmed. |
