PURPOSE:To provide a nice appearance and facilitate a maintenance of an outdoor device by a method wherein heat exchanged air is sucked from an upper surface, a lower surface, a right side surface and a left side surface of a cabinet, a main body of an outdoor device for blowing out the heat exchanged air from a front surface of the cabinet is engaged with and supported by the cabinet. CONSTITUTION:A main body 22 of an outdoor device is constructed such that an outdoor heat exchanger 25, a twin rotary type compressor 26, a propeller fan 19 and a fan motor 20 or the like are stored in a cabinet 24. Upper suction ports 28 are formed at an upper side surface 27 of the cabinet 24. Lower suction ports 30 are formed at a lower side surface 29. They are positioned at both right and left ends of each of the side surfaces 27, 29 and at a rear surface side of the outdoor heat exchanger 25. An air blowing port 35 is formed at a front surface of the cabinet 24. An installing plate 23 formed into a substantial L-shape and having a fixed part 36 fixed to a wall surface 4a of an outer wall 4 and having a covering part 37 projected from a lower edge of the fixed part 36 substantially in perpendicular to the wall surface 4a is provided and then the main body 22 of the outdoor device is engaged with and supported by the hooks 39, 39. |
