PURPOSE:To obtain a composition suitable for various painting such as exterior of building having fresh color tone and formable of coating film having excellent gloss by using alkoxysilyl group-containing polyester-modified vinyl-based resin dispersing pigment or filler. CONSTITUTION:(A) Alkoxysilyl group-containing polyester-modified vinyl-based resin in which pigment or filler is dispersed is mixed with (B) an acrylic resin copolymerized with styrene having hydroxyl group, 10-300mg KOH/g hydroxyl group value and 1,500-40,000 number-average molecular weight and (C) an acrylic copolymer having alkoxysilyl group expressed by the formula (R<1> is 1-10C alkyl; R<2> is H or alkyl, etc.; a is 0, 1 or 2) in weight ratios of A/(B+C)=1/9-5/5 and B/(A+C)=1/9-9/1. Furthermore, (D) a dehydrating agent and/or alkylalcohol is added, as necessary. |
