<p>PURPOSE:To bend a pole to some extent and hold its tip properly at the required position by attaching a turning shaft tight to the root of this flexible pole perpendicularly, and luffing the pole in centering on this shaft via an arm additionally installed in the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A turning shaft 2 is perpendicularly clamped to the root of a pole 1, and a spiral spring 3 is concentrically installed in this shaft 2, while a projecting 4 is installed in an intermediate part of this pole 1. In addition, a bending lever 6 is perpendicularly attached to a countershaft 5 installed in parallel with the shaft 1, and the tail end 6b is crossed with the projection 4 and the tip 6a to a nearby tip of the pole 1, respectively. Moreover, a pole turning arm 7 being connected to a mandrel of an operating bottom is perpendicularly attached to the shaft 2. Then the arm 7 is operated, through which the pole 1 is luffed up and down.</p> |
