PURPOSE:To prevent rapid increase in invalid registration such as a person carrying a mobile set and riding on a high speed train by inhibiting a registration control signal from being outputted to an exchange station when a moving speed exceeds a prescribed speed. CONSTITUTION:When a person is not moving, in walking or rides on a mobile body moving at a low speed, since a moving speed obtained from a moving speed detection means 25 is small, every time a mobile set 50 crosses a position registration area, the mobile set uses a registration control means 51 to implement position registration automatically. On the other hand, when a person carries the mobile set 50 and rides on a high speed train or automobile or the like, since a mobile speed obtained from a moving speed detection means 52 exceeds a prescribed speed V1, the mobile set 50 uses the registration control means 51 to stop the position registration once. When the person carrying the mobile set 50 gets off the high speed mobile body or the mobile body decreases its speed and the moving speed obtained from the moving speed detection means 52 is restored to the prescribed speed V0, the mobile set 50 uses the registration control means 51 to start the position registration again. Through the constitution above, invalid position registration is prevented. |
