<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration of a tape by providing a guide roller base with a slit as an angle adjusting mechanism and a setscrew for angle adjustment so that a guide roll and an inclined pin are inclined in a certain direction. CONSTITUTION:In order to change the attaching angle of the tape guide roller to an angle suitable for tape running at a state that a tape guide roller is re ceived by a catcher 2, a setscrew 7 for angle adjustment provided on a guide roller base 3 of the tape guide roller is turned to expand the width of a slit 10 of the guide roller base 3. Consequently, the angle is easily adjusted even when the attaching angle of the tape guide roller is unstable depending on the dimensions of the catcher 2 or the guide roller base 3. Thus, the vibration of a tape 8 is suppressed since a uniform tension is imparted to the surface of the tape, and this device is effective for the detection of the damage of the tape, the record of the signal to the tape, the signal recorded on the tape, etc.</p> |
