<p>PURPOSE:To prevent useless time from being required for fault check by recording a video signal picked up by a monitor camera onto a magnetic recording tape or the like and raising an alarm notifying the fault when the fault is discriminated. CONSTITUTION:A monitor camera 1 picks up a prescribed monitor range, a video signal is sampled and extracted at a sampling section 2 and the video signal in the normal state is A/D-converted by an A/D converter section 3 and stored in a storage section 4. A comparator section 6 compares a digital data group outputted usually from the A/D converter section 3 with a data read from the storage section 4 and outputs a difference data, and a discrimination section 7 outputs a signal when a data from the comparator section 6 is a setting value or over. An alarm section 9 produces an alarm tone or the like based on a signal outputted from the discrimination section 7 and a picture recording section 8 records the video signal onto a magnetic recording tape. Thus, no video recording is implemented when no fault takes place and a trouble of fault check is saved.</p> |
