<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a high tention or tape slack at the time of changing the tape speed by multiplying reference data by N2/N1 simultaneously with the change of the reel rotational speed from 1/N1-fold speed to 1/N2-fold speed and obtaining tape total winding quantity data after the lapse of a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:A rotational speed signal A from a rotational speed detecting circuit 1 of a take-up reel 13 is proportional to the rotational speed of the take-up reel 13, and it is multiplied in a divider 3 by 1/K for the purpose of controlling the tape speed to the same speed as K-fold prescribed speed. A rotational speed signal A' from a rotational speed detecting circuit 2 of a supply reel 12 is proportional to the rotational speed of the supply reel 12, and it is multiplied in a divider 4 by 1/K for the purpose of controlling the tape speed to the same speed as K-fold prescribed speed. The value of the division ratio K in dividers 3 and 4 is determined by tape speed information from a system controller through a terminal 300. Thus, the high tape tension, tape slack, etc., do not occur at the time of changing the tape speed.</p> |
