<p>PURPOSE:To absorb the instability of the change of rotational angular velocity at the time of turning a dial by a finger, and to attain both the retention of constant velocity and responsibility by letting relation between dial rotation angular velocity and VTR reproducing velocity have hysteresis. CONSTITUTION:When dial rotation is slowed by a dial 7 while a VTR runs at a certain velocity, a reproducing velocity determining means 9 compares the angular velocity detected by a rotational angular velocity/rotating direction detecting means 8 with threshold data corresponding to present velocity read out from a VTR reproducing velocity memory 11. Then, if the angular velocity is smaller, the VTR velocity is changed into the velocity smaller by one step. At that velocity, the dial rotation is raised again, and if the angular velocity is smaller than the threshold data, the VTR velocity does not change. When the dial rotation is raised further, and the angular velocity exceeds that value, the VTR velocity is changed. Thus, a sound can be easily edited, and operability can be improved.</p> |
