PURPOSE:To improve work performance and to enhance the strength of a piezoelectric ceramic element by integrating an electrode connecting a lead to a parallel vibrator comprising plural minute paper-tablet elements. CONSTITUTION:After a flat piezoelectric ceramic 1 is divided into minute strip- shaped elements 11, an insulating adhesives 2 are packed among the minute strip-shaped elements 11 to adhere them integrally. A surface electrode 3 and a common electrode 4 are formed respectively to upper and lower faces of parallel elements adhered integrally, only the surface electrode 3 is divided corresponding to the prescribed number of the minute element groups and a lead 5 is connected to the surface electrode 3. Thus, when the lead 5 is connected to the parallel vibrators comprising the plural minute strip-shaped elements 11, since the electrodes are integrated, the work performance is improved and since the packing agent 11 is packed among the minute strip-shaped elements 11 integrally, the strength of the fragile piezoelectric ceramic elements is improved. |
