PURPOSE:To produce the various types of business forms by reading the slip format data corresponding to the slip format to be prepared out of a slip format data base and then reading the slip format information data corresponding to the slip format out of the slip format information data base. CONSTITUTION:The slip format data corresponding to the slip format prepared by a common slip format preparing means 6 are read out of the slip format data base 4. Meanwhile the slip format information data corresponding to the slip format are read out of a slip format information data base 5 respectively. Then the numeric data read out of a slip format data base 2 undergoes the internal calculation processing based on the slip format information data and are edited into the slip format subjected to the slip format data. Thus it is not required to prepare the means 6 for each style of the slip format nor to rewrite the program of the means 6 for the designation of each type of slip format calculations and the correction of the designation. Then, the information on the preparation of the slip formats can be easily set and changed. Then the preparation of the slip is facilitated for various types of slip formats. |
