PURPOSE:To simplify a mechanism and to improve the processing speed by discriminating the moneys for each transaction after reading and storing the note Nos. CONSTITUTION:At transfer of moneys, a CPU 14 reads the money Nos by a money No reader 6 via a money No read control part 16. These money Nos are written and stored into a money No storage area of a memory 15 together with a transaction No and the types of moneys. Therefore the stored money Nos of the corresponding transaction are outputted and the corresponding moneys can be returned when the received moneys are returned. If no coincidence is obtained between a notified amount and the received moneys when the accounts are summed up, the money Nos of the discordant transaction are outputted and collated with the actual moneys. Thus the cause of the discordance can be easily checked. As a result, no mechanical means needed for sorting the moneys for each transaction. Then a mechanism is simplified and the processing speed is improved. |
