PRODUCTION OF ELECTRONIC PARTS

PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency by the temp. control of a block for preventing the floating of lead terminals brought into tight contact with the lead terminals by endless belt soldering at the time of production of electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:The endless belt 1 is made of a heat resistant and corrosion resistant material to mask the parts to be soldered in the soldering and joining of electrodes for terminal connection and lead terminals on an insulating substrate. The removal of the scum sticking to the endless belt 1 and the washing of a flux are executed. Soldering is simultaneously executed by the block 3 for preventing the melting of the solder plating by the heat at the time of soldering the lead terminals and an endless belt receiving block 4. The continuous hooping of the terminals is executed in this way and the yield and production efficiency are improved.
