发明名称 ANCHOR CLAMP COMPRESSION WORK MANAGING METHOD FOR TRANSMISSION LINE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent accidental fault by providing a piezoelectric sensor for monitoring stress in a steel core when a compression anchor clamp for overhead transmission line is subjected to reverse compression from the tip of an aluminum clamp. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum strand 11 in an Aluminum Cable Steel Reinforced(ACSR) 10 is stripped in step to expose a steel core 12 which is then inserted into a central hole from the tip side of an aluminum clamp 1. An anchor metal 4 is then inserted from the jamper terminal 2 side of the aluminum clamp 1 in order to engage the steel core 12 in a steel clamp 3. When the aluminum clamp d is compressed from the ACSR 10 side by means of a compression dies 27, the steel core 12 is imparted with tensile force and elongated thus producing acoustic emission AE. The AE is subjected to piezoelectric conversion through a piezoelectric element 20 supported on a magnet holder 21 of the anchor metal 4, and then it is amplified 23 and fed through a BPF 24 to a personal computer 25 which prints out 26 the AE and continuously monitors the stress. Consequently, accidental drop off of anchor clamp due to excessive stress can be prevented.</p>
