PURPOSE:To prevent a coil from its short-circuit and leak due to falling off of a rotor part by providing a stator part, consisting of non-magnetic material and having the armature coil, and a restricting member which impedes a movement in the axial direction of the rotor part or a rotary yoke. CONSTITUTION:When a predetermined current is allowed to flow in a coil of a magnetic circuit, formed of a coil arranged in a stator part 51 and a magnet 49 fixed to a rotor part 48, a magnetic field is generated to cause the rotor part 48 to rotate. When a load larger than attraction force between the magnet 49 and an attraction plate 53 is applied in a direction Y to the rotor part 48, the rotor part 48 and a rotary yoke 50 are moved in the direction Y. A movement of the rotary yoke 50 is restricted by bringing its peripheral part first into contact with the restricting member (attraction plate 53) because a gap amount A is larger than a gap amount B. |
