PURPOSE:To generate large cogging torque so as to make self starting surely possible by forming an opening angle of a single magnetic pole of N, S poles of a permanent magnet rotor to an opening angle width almost agreeing with the opening angle width of a salient piece of a winding salient pole. CONSTITUTION:In a winding salient pole 8, a salient pole piece 15, opposed to a magnetic pole 2N of an N pole and a magnetic pole 2S of an S pole, by which a permanent magnet rotor 2 is formed in a peripheral point end part in a radial direction, through an air gap 13 in a radial direction, is formed. Since a core-type single-phase brushless motor 1 of good efficiency is formed by obtaining large torque with no antitorque input, in the winding salient pole 8, an opening angle of the salient pole piece 15 is formed in the opening angle of width(T) almost equal to the width(T) of a single magnetic pole in the N pole 2N and the S pole 2S of the permanent magnet rotor 2. |
