PURPOSE:To improve the waterproofness and salt intercepting property of an inorg. material such as concrete and to enhance the rust preventiveness of a metallic material in the inorg. material by applying a waterproofing agent consisting of an org. titanium compd. and silane on the surface of the inorg. material. CONSTITUTION:A waterproofing agent consisting of an org. titanium compd. and silane is prepd., applied and impregnated into the surface of an inorg. material such as concrete contg. a metallic material. A coating film of synthetic resin is then formed on the applied waterproofing agent.
