PURPOSE:To prevent generation of dispersion of temperatures or partial congealment of molten resin, by a method wherein a resin cooling part is provided in a resin passage within a nozzle connecting an extruding machine and crosshead with each other. CONSTITUTION:A resin cooling part 1 is fitted to a resin passage K within a connecting nozzle G feeding molten resin A extruded through an extruding machine B to a crosshead H. A plurality of resin passing through holes 2 passing the molten resin A extruded through a extruding port C of the extruding machine B by branching is formed in the resin cooling part 1. Since the molten resin A passing through the same passage K of the connecting nozzle G is cooled from within while the molten resin A extruded through the extruding port C of the extruding machine B is being fed to the crosshead H by passing through the resin passage K of a connecting nozzle G, the molten resin A passing through the resin passage 2 is cooled almost uniformly. |
