<p>PURPOSE:To continuously operate the cooling unit of high efficiency by alternately changing over plural adsorption vessels connected to a screw type compressor to an operation side and to a stand-by side by opening and closing changing-over valves. CONSTITUTION:The screw type compressor 1 is used where high molecular gas is injected into the working gas to compose gas mixture. Plural adsorption vessels 3, 4 are connected with the compressor 1, and the changing-over valves 6a-9a, 6b-9b are opened or closed to form such a adsorption and desorption circuit for the high molecular gas that one adsorption vessel is connected to the delivery side of the compressor 1 to introduce the mixed delivery gas and the high molecular gas in the mixed gas is adsorbed in the adsorption vessel while the other adsorption vessel is connected to the suction side of the compressor 1 and the adsorption vessel carries out desorption to inject the high molecular gas into the working gas returned from a cooling load area 24. As a result, the efficient cooling unit is continuously operated.</p> |
