PURPOSE:To eliminate breaks and drop-out of vectors in the vicinity of intersections of vertical and horizontal lines due to centering processing or the other by correcting ruled line vectors in each designated area by a ruled line processing editor. CONSTITUTION:Two points A and B are designated to determine a rectangular correction area (a). A ruled line processing editor 30 obtains vertical and horizon tal length of the rectangular area as the processing object; and when the horizon tal length is longer than the vertical length, the editor 30 generates a vector V after deleting all horizontal vectors in the rectangular area. The editor 30 extends vertical vectors and couples them to intersections of horizontal vectors and decomposes horizontal vectors to short horizontal vectors and decomposes horizontal vectors to short horizontal vectors between intersections to respective vertical vectors, and this processing is repeated till breaks and drop-out in the vicinity of intersections between vertical lines and horizontal lines of ;ruled lines disappear. |
