PURPOSE:To enable multicomponent synthetic resin to be field-injected effectively by equipping with a mixing injector connected to the force-feed device of a main apparatus via a supply conduct and a top end device having connection ports for dehydratedly connecting the flow-out ports of the mixing injector. CONSTITUTION:At the site, an injector 30 is placed on a top end device 50, flow-out ports 38, 39 of an injector and the connection ports 55, 56 of the top end device 50 are connected together, and each resin component force-fed from a main apparatus 10 is sent again in circulated relation to the resin component tanks 12, 13 by way of the injector 30 via the top end device 50 and return conduits 53, 54. By the circulation sending, each resin component is temperature- controlled smoothly including the inner parts of the conduits, thereby arranging the injection conditions. Thereafter, the mixing injector 30 is removed from the top end device 50 and, when switch valve units 41, 42 of the mixing injector 30 are opened, each resin component is force-fed from both resin component tanks 12, 13 of the main apparatus 10 to the mixing injector 30 by force-feed device 14, 15 via the supply conduits 21, 22 and then mixed at the mixing chamber, and thereafter polyurethane resin is injected into a predetermined position thereof. |
