PURPOSE:To decrease the transmission time of picture information by providing a dissident data detection circuit which applies coincidence retrieval of new and old picture data in a picture memory storing a sent picture data and detecting a line causing a dissident comparison result. CONSTITUTION:A picture memory 6 stores a new picture data 62 by one pattern and an old picture data 61 by one pattern sent already. A dissidence data detection circuit section 7 compares the new data with the old picture data just before the transmission of picture while adding ambiguity and sends the information result of detecting a line in which the comparison indicates dissidence to a display control circuit section 5 and a main control circuit 3 and consists of two registers storing new and old picture data 62,61 and an exclusive OR circuit generating a signal when the both are dissident. As a result, the main control circuit 3 applies generation and transmission control to picture information to send only the picture information of a line having a picture change. Thus, when the picture of almost the same content of the picture sent precedingly is sent, the picture transmission time is reduced. |
