<p>PURPOSE:To set the threshold voltage of each switching circuit independently by providing a switching circuit bringing a thyristor into an operating state and a switching circuit bringing a thyristor into an interrupting state respectively and turning on/off each switching circuit in the independent condition. CONSTITUTION:This thyristor circuit 101 consists of transistors (TRs) Q1, Q2 and resistors R1 - R3. Then one terminal of a 1st switching circuit 102 provided as a starter is connected to an input terminal Vin and the other terminal is connected to the base of the TR Q1 of the thyristor circuit 101. Moreover, one terminal of a 2nd switching circuit 103 provided so as to turn off the thyristor circuit 101 is connected to the input terminal Vin and the other terminal is connected to the base of the TR Q2 of the thyristor circuit 101. Then the threshold levels of the 1st and 2nd switching circuits 102, 103 are set alternately independently. Thus, the hysteresis operation is available as a whole.</p> |
