PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by correcting right and left raster distortion by directly controlling a DC-DC converter for power source circuit by a raster distortion correction signal. CONSTITUTION:The output terminal of a raster distortion correction signal generating means 6 is connected to the power source control part 22 of a DC-DC converter power source 21, and the raster distortion correction signal is outputted to the power source control part 22. The DC-DC converter power source 21 outputs a vertical period modulation voltage controlled by the raster distortion correction signal to a horizontal deflection circuit 7, and the horizontal deflection circuit 7 corrects raster distortion by controlling the amplitude of a horizontal deflecting current with a vertical cycle by a control voltage. In such a way, it is possible to operate a power source as a horizontal deflecting power source with high efficiency, and to reduce the power consumption. |
