PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction in the main body and damage to the ceiling by enabling collection of waterdrops in cooling by the use of a fan casing one side of which bounds a passageway for air and the backside of which is formed into a gutter at the lower end by being turned back and furthermore with an inclination from a horizontal plane at the part forming a gutter. CONSTITUTION:Air sucked in the direction of A flows through an inlet grille 3, undergoes exchange of heat at a heat exchanger 4, flows across a cross flow fan 5, and flows out through an outlet 8 in the direction of B. The condensed water produced on the backside of the fan casing 2 by cooling is collected in a gutter 9 provided at the lower end of the fan casing 2. The condensed water produced at a heat exchanger 4 by exchange of heat is collected in a waterdrip pan 7 and, together with the condensed water produced on the fan casing, carried out of the main body 1 by a drain pump. In the structure for collecting condensed water, it is also possible to design the fan casing 2 to be set with a downward inclination toward a gutter 11 besides the formation of the gutter 9 at the lower end of the fan casing 2. |
