PURPOSE:To find plural physiological parameters analytically by further multiplying data in which the output of a simultaneous counter means is multiplied by the weight of plural time functions at every short time by the weight of plural time functions at every short time. CONSTITUTION:The simultaneous output of a large number of radiation detectors 12 in the periphery of a person to be inspected are detected at a coincidence circuit 2. The output are multiplied by plural weight of the time function generated at a weight function generation circuit 9 at every short time by a multiplier 4, and results are stored in data collection memory 6. Weighted data are further multiplied by the plural weight that is the time functions generated at a weight function generation circuit 10 at every short time by a multiplier 7, and the results are stored in data collection memory 8. Thus, at least four collection data can be obtained, and the plural physiological parameters that is unknown numbers analytically can be calculated at an arithmetic circuit 21. Therefore, processing can be performed in a short time, and the amount of data can be reduced.
