PURPOSE:To execute the conference as if many parties exist in the system by meeting simultaneously in one place by constituting the system so that a local communication server executes a communication between each server in a domain, and a multi-domain communication server broadcasts conference information coming from the local communication server in a transmitting origin domain into other domain. CONSTITUTION:The system is constituted of a conference information sever 11, a conference management server 12, a file server 16, a client 14, a local communication server 13, a multi-domain communication server 19, a mail server 18, and a print server 17. In such a state, the local communication server 13 executes a communication between each client 14 in a domain 15, between the client 14 and each server, or between each local communication server 13, and the multi-domain communication server 19 broadcasts conference information coming from the local communication server 13 in the transmitting origin domain 15 to the local communication server 13 in other domain 15. In such a way, the conference can be executed as if many parties meet simultaneously in one place.
