PURPOSE:To set a mode capable of corresponding to the change of utilization frequency by time classifications by hours by taking a copying mode having high utilization frequency by time zone classifications as a standard mode of each time zone. CONSTITUTION:A 1st counting means 7a and 7b count the number of times of copying execution in the respective time zones (morning and afternoon) sectioned at optional intervals. A 2nd counting means 8 counts the number of times of the setting by item classifications in the copying mode which is set at the time of copying in the respective time zones, and standard mode storage means 6a and 6b store the copying mode obtained by combining the items having the highest counted value as the standard mode. Then, a standard mode selection means 3 decides the standard mode classified by the time zones based on a time detected by a timer means 11. Namely, the copying mode having the high utilization frequency classified by the time zones sectioned at the optional intervals is taken as the standard mode, and the standard mode is set in accordance with the present time. |
