PURPOSE:To provide the subject pudding without a bitter taste, raw smell, metal taste and unpleasant smell, capable of being eaten deliciously and useful for supplying iron to an iron-deficient patient by adding a compound originated from a hemoferrum-containing hemoglobin to a caramel syrup. CONSTITUTION:1 pt.wt. of a compound originated from a hemoferrum-containing hemoglobin is added to the caramel syrup of a pudding preferably in an amount of >=9 pts.wt. to provide the objective pudding. |
