APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING CRYSTAL FROM SKELETAL REMAINS OF CREMATION

PURPOSE: An apparatus is to crush and melt the unsightly skeletal remains of a person obtained after cremation into a molten state to gradually cool and crystallize into a crystal of green jadeite color to preserve in a small container at home instead of an urn in a charnel. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus generally consists of a heating part (A) and a remains feeding part(B). The heating part (A) has a heating container (10) having a feed mouth (11) and a flame mouth(12) and being attached to a rotary shaft (13) for reversibly rotating the container (10), the shaft (13) having on the other end a reversible motor, and the part(A) also has in front of the flame mouth (12) a heating nozzle (21) whose support (22) linking to a nozzle mover to move the nozzle horizontally and vertically. Underneath the heating container is positioned an angular rotary bar (25) for spreading the molten liquid to be carried on vibration carrier plate (26) with aid of a blower fan (27) and an air duct (28). The part (B) has above a support plate (31) a motor (34) connecting to a screw shaft (33) in a conveyor tube (32) and a hopper (55) feeding the remains into the tube (32) and a slider (36) under the support (31) moving on a slider shaft (13) whose ends are fixed to the part casing.
