A device (10) for stacking and packing a series of articles includes a rotating wheel (12) having a multiple number of dividers (26) thereon. The dividers (26) being selectably projected from the periphery of the wheel (40) in various space relationships for defining the size of a stack. The size of the stack is adjusted by varying the distance between adjacent dividers (26, 26a). The stacking wheel (12) moves a stack to a packaging device (30) that includes elements to align the stack for positioning into a package (52). |
