The device according to the present invention consists of two arms (1) outwardly bent, placed at a fixed angle by means of a plurality of rubber supports (S) applied with a glue on the surface of tubulars (T), and carrying at the common apex a pulley (4) for the sliding of a rope (C) for pulling the anchor so that said anchor does not touch and not rub in any way the tubulars during weighing of the same. The device according to the present invention comprises means (5-7) for the safety application of said arms (1) to said supports (S), so as to prevent the casual detaching as well as for performing a quick mounting and removing. |
