PURPOSE:To prevent toner from being accumulated on a toner guiding plate by allowing a part of a brush to abut on a toner carrying screw and extending the tip of the brush to the vicinity of the toner guiding plate. CONSTITUTION:A screw brush 8 is constituted of leaf spring and providing with three brushes 9a, 9b and 9c, which are positioned in the spiral 10 of the toner carrying screw 7. The almost central parts of the respective brushes 9a, 9b and 9c abut on the screw 7 and the tips of the brushes are extended to the toner guiding plate 6. Then, the respective brushes 9a, 9b and 9c always move up and down by the rotation of the screw 7 itself and the toner on the guiding plate 6 is broken when they move downward, so that the toner drops on the screw 7 side. The toner adhering to the screw 7 itself is also scraped. |
