PURPOSE:To automatically set the baud rate even against the change of a receiving baud rate by integrating the time extending from the one rise to the next rise of a flag of receiving data by a counter part, and deciding automatically the receiving baud rate by deciding the baud rate by an integrating value. CONSTITUTION:The above system is provided with a rise detecting part 13 for resetting a counter at the time of rise of a flag of receiving data, a counter part 10 for counting up extending from a rise to the next rise of the flag of the receiving data, a baud rate detecting par 11 for outputting a baud rate designating signal, based on a result or the count, and a PLL clock clock selecting part 12 for selecting a PLL clock signal for detecting the receiving data of the corresponding baud rate by the baud rate designating signal from the baud rate detecting part 11. In such a state, the time extending from one rise to the next rise of the flag of the receiving data is integrated by the counter part 10, and by judging the baud rate by an integrating value, the receiving baud rate is decided and set automatically. In such a way, even against a change of the receiving baud rate, the baud rate can be set automatically. |
