The office desk top is carried on a frame composed of two vertical side uprights joined on top by bearers, plus sockets for electrical connections at the end of the desk top to one side. The sockets (15) are mounted on a slide (12) which pulls out on the side of the desk top and is housed in drawer style in a frame mounting. ADVANTAGE - Slide pulls out like drawer to reveal sockets as required. Sockets are out of the way underneath working surface yet are readily accessible for plugging in.
