PURPOSE:To perform a backup operation when system down occurs by outputting an ON-command by judging a case when no call is issued for a constant time as the system down, and performing the on-control of a controlled system based on the ON-command. CONSTITUTION:A call command from a master station is analyzed by a message analyzing part 4, and when it is the call, it is transmitted to a call cycle measuring part 16. The call cycle measuring part part 16. The call cycle measuring part 16 judges whether or not it is a periodical call, and inputs a timer value when it is not the periodical call, and judges whether or not the timer value exceeds a prescribed value i.e. it exceeds prescribed time, and judges it as the system down when it exceeds the prescribed time, and outputs the ON- command to a control part 5. A control signal is outputted to an output relay part 6 by the control part 5 based on the ON-command, and a switch is activated. Thereby, the backup operation when the system down occurs can be performed. |
